If your signal is strong and you’re still experiencing problems, then it’s likely the issue is with the TV itself. Here are your next steps:
- Check if your TV is still under warranty
- Most TVs come with a 1–2 year standard warranty, and some retailers offer extended warranties of up to 5 years.
- If it’s still under warranty, contact the store where you bought it or the manufacturer.
- If it’s out of warranty, your best bet is to contact a trusted local repair technician.
